CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Sue Nelson, President.

ROLL CALL

Present: Rich Slaybaugh, Sue Nelson, Jim Scoggin, Rose Bunch and John M. Crickmer.

Also Present: Cheryl Moore, HIM; Harry Jasper, CFO; Judy Landkammer, RN; Kayleen Bye, RN; Teri Lytle, Housekeeping/Laundry Manager; Doug Powell, Maintenance Supervisor; Danyle Thomas, Child Care Manager; Andrew Craigie, Administrator; Suzanne Grove, ARNP; Tina Wymore, Social Services Manager; Ann Heitstuman; Orlin Jeffreys; Mike Tom; and Joanne Cassetto, Aging and Long Term Care.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Rich Slaybaugh moved and John M. Crickmer seconded a motion to accept the minutes of December 18, 2002 as read. The motion passed.

PUBLIC COMMENT

None.

REPORTS AND PRESENTATIONS

Community, Program and Facilities Planning Presentation by Jody Carona via telephone.

There was extensive discussion.

The Board decided not to consolidate the Clinic and the Hospital.

It was recommended that the Rapid Cycle Team have another meeting before an Advisory Committee is formed and before a dollar amount is attached to any of the changes.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
