De-briefing Meeting minutes
- Most were excited
- Liked the quietness, no paging system, carpeting, no
behaviors with residents meaning bad ones
- The behaviors handled with close proximity staff ready
for it everyone dealt with issues together and able to help at all times
- When walking through the front door decorations were
warm and inviting
- The Mount gave a nice motel feeling not nursing home
feeling
- Liked all the options for residents
- First impression was "this place is huge how do they
keep from getting lost?"
- Not hugeness feeling in care areas
- Got smallness feeling in neighborhoods
- Had really personalized environment
- Staff loved tile work, art work,etc
- Liked how issues were handled (resident)
- Concerned about having dementia residents in with the
rest of population

- There were no problems with other residents going into
different rooms

residents (3 way interaction with resident)
- Did not here "that is not my job"
- Certified Nurses Assistants are called Resident Aides
- Everything that needed to be done is right there
- Everyone has food service permit
- Everyone takes ownership
- Primary nurse has paper day
- Everyone involved with residents involved in care plans
- They change care plan every day with everyone involved
- Feeling of ownership
- Deliver care easily because each own all tasks
- Primary nurse puts all information into computer system
- Aides give report to each other
