Garfield County Public Hospital District #1 provides healthcare services to the community of Garfield County.  Located in Pomeroy, Washington, the hospital district serves the community as: Pomeroy Medical Clinic, Garfield County Long Term Care, Memory Lane Child Care Center and Garfield County Memorial Hospital.

Pomeroy Medical Clinic is a Rural Health Clinic providing full primary care.

Garfield County Long Term Care is a 36 Bed Skilled Nursing Facility and Long Term Care with special care available for Alzheimer's and dementia  care.

Garfield County Memorial Hospital is a 9 bed Critical Access Hospital with 24 Hour Emergency Room Services.
